A. No, the price listed is the rental price for the item itself. Set up and delivery are additional fees.

A. Yes, all orders require a Credit Card security deposit. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel your order at least 21 days prior to your rental date. The deposit is 50% refundable if you cancel 15-20 days before your event. If you cancel less than 14 days prior to your rental, the deposit is non-refundable.
A. We offer affordable party options for people who want to save on expensive set up costs. So, a lot of our party rental options are DIY. That means you pick up the equipment, and you set the party up yourself. Once your event is over you will return the items. By doing this, you are cutting out one of the largest costs in the party rental industry. We also offer delivery for an additional fee.
